General Information:

The traditional one-on-one teacher/student arrangement allows for flexibility in harmonizing the teaching to the specific needs, requirements and capabilities of each student. As of January 1, 2000, Grandmaster Helen Wu began to offer a formal program encapsulating the major martial arts disciplines. Areas of training include techniques for achieving optimal health, a study of the internal and external martial arts, and instructors’ training. Grandmaster Helen Wu will design an individualized program based on your needs.

Grandmasters will teach a maximum of up to three students per class. Students will learn a combined training system for martial and healing arts on a path of self-therapy and natural healing. Students will become qualified Instructors on these training systems, and can use them to maximize optimal health and wellness.

The programs presented here are not only based on ancient Chinese martial and healing arts, but also incorporates the teachings of Dr. Zi-Ping Wang, Professor Ju-Rong Wang, Dr. Cheng-De Wu, Grandmaster Helen Wu and Grandmaster Simon Hu, reflecting on decades of clinical and teaching experience. It promotes vital energy accumulation and blood circulation. As a result, you can build a healthy body and strengthen your immune system. You can reduce the amount of excessive stress. You can experience a quality life.

1 – Fee and Payment Methods:

$100/hour per student ($120/hour for 2 students; $150/hour for 3 students)

Plus $150/ student for a set of traditional uniform and a copy of text book

Students may pay by Interac e-Transfer or cash to Grandmaster Helen Wu at beginning of each class.

2 – Class Schedule: Students can discuss availability with Grandmaster Helen Wu and book a class time that fits their availability.

This programme is also designed to accommodate the needs of those who live outside the Greater Toronto Area and outside Canada. Students can choose from among the broad range of disciplines offered by Grandmaster Helen Wu in the syllabus. Training is structured according to the needs and capabilities of the student(s).

US$100/hour per student (US$120/hour for 2 students; US$150/hour for 3 students)
