Private Training Program: Certified Instructor and Successor
Chinese Martial Arts and Chinese Medicine Combined Training Courses 武医结合
________________________________________________________________
Traditional Chinese martial arts techniques and teaching methods have been refined over the course of centuries and have produced remarkable results that are only now being generally appreciated in the West. The traditional martial arts syllabus encompasses not only fighting techniques, but also healing techniques and systems for optimizing personal health and well-being. The traditional one-on-one teacher/student arrangement allows for flexibility in harmonizing the teaching to the specific needs, requirements and capabilities of each student.
As of January 1, 2000, Grandmaster Wu began to offer a formal program encapsulating the major martial arts disciplines. Grandmaster Wu has always been a pioneer and her program is exceptional in its depth and range. Above all, the program is inspired by Grandmaster Wu’s conviction that the practice of martial arts is not simply a set of movements and techniques, but can form the basis for a healthy and rewarding way of life.
Areas of training include techniques for achieving optimal health, a study of the internal and external martial arts, and instructors’ training. The benefits of Chinese martial and healing arts are available to anyone, regardless of age or gender provided that the student demonstrates a certain level of seriousness and commitment. Grandmaster Wu will design an individualized program based on your needs.
This program requires a minimum of 120 hours of class work. Students who complete courses will receive recognition through certification. Grandmaster Wu certifies that the student is qualified to impart the family system as a fourth generation instructor and successor.
Please Note: Generally speaking, students will finish the certification within three years. Class settings are very flexible for each student’s condition. However, there is no maximum amount of time required for reaching certification.

Youth Training Program
This exceptional program, created by Grandmaster Wu and Grandmaster Hu for children and youth, focuses on the development of physical coordination, basic self-defence, respect, confidence and self-discipline. This program provides a strong foundation for each student, which is essential for enabling them to realize their potential as the next generation. (The earliest age is 3-years old.)
This program is taught in a private setting for single students or for pairs of students. It is a 120-hour program comprised of traditional Northern Shao-Lin Kung-Fu combined with Tai-Chi and meditation training. The training inspires emotional balance. After completion of this program, students will receive certification.
